Problem with forum pages.
Victor I am haveing trouble with being logged out when I change pages. Also when I do A post either to the Forum pages Or by pm. They just dissapear into cyber space. Maverick has been haveing trouble as well with posts going into thin air. I thought that I should say something especially since another member is haveing trouble as well. Is anyone else haveing this type of probem??? If so speak up.........Or is this just because we are in Australia....this could be the answer if no one else comes forward. I thought I better mention it mate. Lanky

I am haveing trouble with being logged out when I change pages. Be certain to check the box remember your logging. ------------ Regardnig the posts, I only have gotten a message telling me the session is invalid and I have to click again. Do you mean this ?

Hi Victor No mate not that. When I am reading a post say in Frendly talk & then I click the forum index I get logged off. Hey I think I just fixed the problem I stopped my dial up Turbo Charger while I am in here. (it gives me up to 19 times faster then normal dial up speed which is really broard band speed) Lanky

hehe, yes, thing is when you "turbo charge" your conection it is your server who request the page on your behalf (in order to compress data and send you think smaller, faster loading, compressed version). Since the page is requested from another computer, it is obviously not getting your logged station's priviledges, that's it! Hopefully you fixed the issue by stopping the turbo and going slower.
