The VLS March 2: Dominance @ 5.
The VLS March 2: Dominance @ 5. Hello guys. Today I’m sharing a bet selection method which is great for situational play most of the times. VLS March 2 rules are this: – You always play the dominant two dozens/columns “looking back” till you distribute the hits in this configuration 2+, 2+, 1. What does this mean? This means 2 hits (or more) on two dozens and 1 orphan hit. Example (for minimum 5 spins for dominance to qualify): Last dozens spun are: 1 2 1 3 2 = Dominant dozens are 1 and 2 with two hits each, while dozen 3 only 1 orphan hit. If any of these two dominant dozens hit for next spin, then that’s a “w” -win- to get tracked. - Another example, last columns spun are: 131213. Here we have three times column 1, two times column 3 and the orphan hit on dozen 2. Dominant = Columns 1 and 3. - This is quite easy indeed. If anyone has a permanence of -say- 50 spins of real wheel (not RNG) actuals, I would be pleased to generate the Lw’s as an exercise. Then we can see how we do with the basic concentration/dispersion surfing techniques. Hopefully (for learning purposes) there will be ZIG-ZAGS like LwLwLwL…. Which should be handled gracefully by either not playing them OR trying to play only the w’s shall they continue. Any 50-spin set of real actuals anyone? Regards, Victor.

Spins I can do......
Victor, Taken from Dublinbet on October 5, 2007. I am just going to space between then numbers. 10 4 2 36 20 16 16 10 5 33 17 7 33 21 6 5 4 28 20 20 26 20 15 14 24 28 36 32 13 11 34 25 10 8 24 30 17 11 8 36 6 20 3 24 33 7 6 21 32 1 13 10 18 18 29 19 Now we double-check for accuracy.....YEP...all good. The double and triple hits are not errors. Sam

Ok, here we go! An important thing to note is series of 3 and more times in the same dozen are counted as two (2) shows. === Number / Dozen 10 – 1 4 – 1 2 - 1 36 – 3 20 – 2 16 – 2 Ok, here we can start counting the appearances, in order to check the dominance @ the last 5 spins: 1 1 3 2 2 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 We bet the dominant: Dozens 1 and 2. === 16 – 2 We win and start the registry: w 1 1 3 2 2 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 We bet === 10 – 1 We win and add a w to the registry: ww This makes: 1 3 2 2 1 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 We are still backing dozens 1 & 2 –Still dominating. === 5 – 1 We win and add a w to the registry: www 3 2 2 1 1 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 Dozens 1 & 2 –Still dominating. We keep on using them to generate the registry. 33 – 3 This is a loss, so we need to add the first L to the registry: wwwL 2 2 1 1 3 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 Despite the loss, dozens 1 and 2 are still dominating the last 5. We keep on backing them. === 17 – 2 We win and add the w to the registry: wwwLw 2 1 1 3 2 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 Well, it seems 1 & 2 are dominating that 5 steadily so far; we stick to them for as long as they do!. We bet dozens 1 and 2 for the next spin. === 7 – 1 We win and add the w to the registry: wwwLww Ok, notice what happens here if we use the last 5: 1 1 3 2 1 Dozens 3 and 2 are in a tie with one appearance. When this happens we need to “look back” in the stream of dozens to resolve, like this: 2 1 1 3 2 1 D1: 2+ D2: 2 D3: 1 Well, guess what? Dozens 1 and 2 are going to be backed again. === 33 – 3 Dozen 3 and it is a loss!. We add the L to the registry: wwwLwwL We check the last five: 1 3 2 1 3 D1: 2 D2: 1 D3: 2 Now dozens 1 and 3 and dominant. We back them for next spin. === 21 – 2 Dozen 2. Another “L” for the registry: wwwLwwLL Ok, now this is the value of both “Marchs”; they have an overall tendency to make it easier to determine the good times from the bad times to help the decision-making process, since when it is good the w’s come easy and when it is “L’s season” is also easy to spot, because of the tendency to the clumping of the L’s (which of course can be bet also). We check the last 5: 3 2 1 3 2 D1: 1 D2: 2 D3: 2 Dominant now are Dozens 2 and 3. We use them. === 6 - 1 Dozen 1. We add the L to the registry wwwLwwLLL 2 1 3 2 1 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 1 and 2 are dominant. We back them. === 5 – 1 Dozen 1. We add w to the registry wwwLwwLLLw 1 3 2 1 2 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 1 and 2 dominating. Used for next spin. === 4 – 1 Dozen 1. We add w to the registry wwwLwwLLLww 3 2 1 2 1 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 1 and 2 for the next spin. === 28 – 3 Dozen 3. We record the L: wwwLwwLLLwwL 2 1 2 1 3 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 1 and 2 for the next spin yet again. === 20 – 2 Dozen 2. Win. We add it: wwwLwwLLLwwLw 1 2 1 3 2 D1: 2 D2: 2 D3: 1 Dozens 1 and 2 for next spin. === 20 – 2 Dozen 2. We add the w: wwwLwwLLLwwLw 1 2 1 3 2 2 D1: 2 D2: 2+ D3: 1 Dominant 1 and 2. We use it for next spin. === 26 – 3 Dozen 3. We add an “L”: wwwLwwLLLwwLwL 1 3 2 2 3 D1: 1 D2: 2 D3: 2 Dominant: Dozens 2 and 3. Our choice for next spin. === 20 – 2 Dozen 2. Win. Registry gets a w added: wwwLwwLLLwwLwLw 1 3 2 2 3 2 D1: 1 D2: 2+ D3: 2 2 and 3 are dominant. Backing them for next spin. === 15 – 2 Dozen 2. Win. “w” added: wwwLwwLLLwwLwLww 1 3 2 2 3 2 2 D1: 1 D2: 2+ D3: 2 2 and 3 keep on being dominant. Backed for next spin. === 14 – 2 Dozen 2. “w” added again: wwwLwwLLLwwLwLwww 1 3 2 2 3 2 2 D1: 1 D2: 2+ D3: 2 2 and 3 for next spin. === 24 – 2 Dozen 2. “w” added: wwwLwwLLLwwLwLwwww 1 3 2 2 3 2 2 D1: 1 D2: 2+ D3: 2 2 and 3 for next spin. === 28 – 3 Dozen 3. “w” added: wwwLwwLLLwwLwLwwwww 1 3 2 2 3 2 2 3 D1: 1 D2: 2+ D3: 2+ Dozens 2 and 3 for next spin. === 36 – 3 Dozen 3. “w” added: wwwLwwLLLwwLwLwwwwww 1 3 2 2 3 2 2 3 3 D1: 1 D2: 2+ D3: 2+ 2 and 3. === 32 - 3 Dozen 3. “w” added: wwwLwwLLLwwLwLwwwwwww 1 3 2 2 3 2 2 3 3 D1: 1 D2: 2+ D3: 2+ 2 and 3 dominating big time. Hi Victor Thanks for the clear explanation of the strategy. The use of "w" and "L" make it so easy for people to grasp such a complex continuum. Seeing it visually certainly helps us spatial learners. I used to bet with every spin using this strategy but found I lost my nerve if I ever struck the dreaded fourth "L". The LLLL progression used to frighten the hell out of me, so now I wait for the first "L" to appear and then I bet every spin until I have a win. This way I know that I will only strike the fourth and possibly the fifth "L" very rarely. This wLw hunting is the only way I know to make money at roulette no matter what strategy you apply it to. Cheers Steve

Victor Can't wait to get home from Tahoe to study this. Sam

Hey Victor. Great concept! Tried it out at Dublinbet. Even better than ClothDog's DozSystem. Thx Appreciate it. /compa Another strange event: Me and the Dealer Martin_K at Dublinbet dont get along. As soon as he enters, a losingstreak starts almost immediately... and he was on last time i lost as well, lol.

toby1968- 10-24-2007

hi victor, great system on trends, do you use any prog? I recommend to use a slow prog withe 15 spins with the same bet, and if you are still down you increase the bet in 1 more chip for another 15 spins and so on.

arteinvivo- 10-28-2007

Good plan Victor.

caddy- 10-28-2007

Victor, You lost 34 units and won 31 units.

compa61- 10-29-2007

I managed to double my $100 with this and Ronjo's 12system and by playing dozens at casinowebcam.com with $5:ers each spin. Is that dangerous or what..proves to me that the implement of the 5 is an extremely powerful determinationtool:=) Thanks! /compa

Lanky- 10-29-2007

Victor, You lost 34 units and won 31 units. Caddy my friend I think you have taken that over all spins & flat betting. Knowing Victor the way I do Let me take a guess at how he would of played it on the Ws wwwLwwLLLwwLwLwww >>He would have probably started betting the next spin with 1x1 & then 2x2 wwwwwLwwLwLw=<6> profit From there He probably would bet the W to form after an L came I will mark the bets this way (o) L(w)wL(w)L(w)wL(Lw)=<3> + <6>= <9> profit overall And now Wait in virtual wLLLwwwLw Remember I am guessing. And He May have won more Lanky

caddy- 10-29-2007

Lanky, I do not understand your post but I don't think that I would ever use a losing selection like this and try to turn it into a profit with some sort of a magic money management system. A loser is a loser. If the selection method cannot produce a flat bet profit would you use it in a casino? I doubt it. Caddy

Lanky- 10-30-2007

Caddy you said. ""Victor, You lost 34 units and won 31 units."" I just showed you that Victor would have won 9 units at least MY Friend.(He is not betting every spin) And in answer to this question "If the selection method cannot produce a flat bet profit would you use it in a casino?" Yes I have done that all my Life My Friend. Lanky

VLSroulette- 10-31-2007

Victor, You lost 34 units and won 31 units. Hi mate, the march's value lies in this: good and bad times for the patterns. We then try to use this "current status information" to decide where to put the bets or steps of our money management / progression scheme. ============ A loser is a loser. If the selection method cannot produce a flat bet profit would you use it in a casino? Caddy, even at the risk of sounding like one of those "wizards", I want you to consider the point of view I got straight from the "math boys". We are never finding anything that is beating roulette long term in a pure mechanical bet selection. Why? Because no matter how "long" or "large" the considered numerical sample may be, there is always a "longer term" one. Even what we may think is a flat betting winner long term is NOT. (i.e. marigny methodology users who get to withness more and more extreme ecarts as the numerical sample -*test*-('")ed gets bigger). But, the loophole of the roulette is the fact we do not play in the infinite. For instance, the bet selection fellow forumer Manucher found to beat samples as large as 600 million spins (600.000.000 spins) is not considered a "long term winner", simply because the only thing needed to do is run it for a longer sample to make it fail and it did. But imagine getting stuck in a positive sample of such a monstruous length. You could play your whole lifetime believing you have the mechanical-play holy grail while you don't! We can, however, find a system which suits our limited numerical sample and ends up a winner TO US. A gambling system in the classic sense involves a bet selection and money management. To some people a good way to have a bit more of control over negative dispersion is to follow trends and use virtual play under times of severe deviations. Of course, since the bankroll is limited, the amount of dispersion to withstand is limited too. But likewise, if we find a way by following trends in the patterns which helps us to play below or at the house edge but within the amount of dispersion our bank can handle, then that is a positive tram for us, and we are -in fact- being consistent winners for as long as such condition prevails in time. Not having the positive edge, but still winning. Just like the flat betting guys who get positive trams and think they own a purely mechanical bet selection which gives an edge over the game "in the long term". (a non-valid statement as explained by the math boys). =============== So. God bless the "short term". (And "short term" can be millions and millions of spins for hardcore infinite randomness). A mathematician said once we can't meassure the true dimention of "large numbers" -when talking of the law which has that name. This is why I told lanky the "gurus" will tell him he didn't win what he won, because in order to prove him wrong all needed is a simulation with an ever growing numerical sample to bruteforce the methodology until it loses and the proud guru can say: "I told you". =============== Caddy, my friend, please keep the open mind and don't label a selection criterion which do not have a positive edge as non useable by anyone, specially if the criterion usually has idenfiable cycles of good times and bad times. A selection criterion for the player using the Lw strategy is a way, a path to the information. We can use this information as we please according to our will and put the steps of our progression at moments in a non-100%-mechanical fashion. That is the 5% human-based difference which can't be mechanically -*test*-('")ed. Ok ok, you can label it useless if you are a flat-bettor to the bone, but at least you can be certain some progression players may be interested and actually frind some value on it! --------------------------- I don't know if this tiny explanation may help in understanding why the accepted thing is roulette is never ever beaten by a system player. Even for those winning all of their lifetime with a particular system that doesn't account for "beating the wheel long term" with a system (there is always a failure for it scheduled at the "larger sample"). As our lifetime is a "wink" in time. We better get proficient at surfing dispersion in that short-term space. Oh! P.S. If any of you have one mechanical selection criterion which has proven to give a possitive edge to you, send that flat-betting scheme to my inbox: vlsroulette@gmail.com You can bet I'd pleased to have something winning flat betting a whole lifetime, even if the math guys say I haven't won ;)

Steve- 11-01-2007

Hi Victor I couldn't agree more with the philosophy behind your thinking. Maths will always prove that no system will beat the Roulette Wheel. However, as I've stated a long time ago, a system is a method of choosing one's procedure in gambling, where as a strategy is the management of a plan of action. You can -*test*-('") a system to infinity but you cannot evaluate a strategic management plan! By manipulating the bets so that you increase your odds of winning and minimising the bets on losses you end up a winner far more often than a loser. There are always going to be times when you strike a losing session but if it's only one losing session out of ten, then you are going to be better off. Set out to win $1,000 per session and as soon as you strike a loss that totals $500 STOP and begin another session. Cheers Steve
