What is free and what you pay for at the casino. NO. I do not mean FREE DRINKS. I mean INFORMATION.
What is free?
It is free to:
- See how are as many selection criteria as you wish doing.
- See the streaks of the house (YES, the house has positive and negative streaks. Free to track at "chips in hand" roulette).
What you have to pay for?
- Information on how you are doing in REAL MONEY.
No matter how good your tracking of the systems is, you won't know this information unless you move chips.
Knowing your personal momentum is valuable information.
This is what you must give the most wheight according to what is happening.
Those who have read my first posts know how important it is to me the PERSONAL WIN/LOSE REGISTRY.
I.e. when using leftmost cancellation I could go risky and abuse a run of luck when I'm cancellating low terms. When having large terms to cancel, then the more careful.
Basically, you try to exploit the good times and ride the bad times.
If there is something important to your success as a gambler it is close to this: your real money registry and how you act on it.
Hope we can get to discuss this in deep.
Regards,
Victor.

"No matter how good your tracking of the systems is, you won't know this information unless you move chips."
So true. When you are betting real money within a time constraint, you are not the same person as you are with a 100 numbers before you on paper and all the time in the world. The guy at home is cool and collected; the guy at the table sweats bullets. To be successful one must hold a dichotomy in his mind:
"I can lose this money. I've got plenty more."
"I ain't about to lose this money!"
So, for me, the lesson is: It's a different ball game at the casino and it is not free by any means.
Just my personal observation of me.
