Hi
I am not a professional player. I am a retired person who, before the Oklahoma storm, had time on his hands. I love to do empirical studies to see what truly happens, absent the superstition.
As to Gamlet's system, I feel it is a winning methodology if played exactly as he describes it. I created the sheets to make it easier and have had great results using them. If you send me an e-mail, I will forward them to you. They are in Excel format; easy for anyone to print out.
What I have found is this: There will be losing sectors and you just let them go. Do not use a progression. Then you will hit three or four winning sectors right off the bat in the first or second spins and you will be in the black.
I bet the 3 out of 4 within 7 for five spins. I am betting 7 numbers for 5 spins. If it does not hit in 5, I let it go. If I have two or three sectors alive at once, I bet them all. If you quit on one and chase another, the one you quit on hits every friggin' time!
It is of the utmost importance to keep your numbers straight and bet where you should. Forget one number in the sector and that sucker will hit!
Let me know if I can help.
Sam
